People are always in a hurry these days. Everything needs to be fast. I am attending yoga classes for the past one month. It requires a bit of patience to learn the ‘asanas’ perfectly. That too, in the initial stages, it is advisable not to do the ‘asanas’ in the absence of the instructor. The posture is very much important; I mean this to the smallest detail. We can actually feel the exact effect of an ‘asana’ only when we do it perfectly, else it might lead to cramps. Also we cannot just learn all the postures within a month. The complete effect of doing yoga can be felt only when we perform it regularly for about six to eight months. Avoiding junk food, taking food and rest in the right time etc. will add to the results. This will be the first instruction given to you when you join any professional yoga class.
