How Yoga helps!
There's an alarming level of stress in this world and guess what everyone's thinking of to beat the stress? Yes, you guessed it right, it's Yoga! Yoga basically is a collection of exercises that are meant to increase the levels of concentration of hormones that are beneficial to the body and are effective in reducing the stress levels of the brain and also in maintaining equanimity in the brain. There are many forms of yoga that are practiced, the most important of them being the 'Pranayama' which deals with a range of exercises to flex the muscles. There are a lot of institutes which take yoga lessons and that too at a very nominal fee. There's a lot more in this world than just stress and pressure. So when are you taking your next yoga lesson?
