Healthy toys!!

What's the greatest recreation for the children? Undoubtedly the toys! These are the greatest inventions that have ever come up for the children. But then have you heard about the recent scam that involved the Chinese toys and resulted in the contamination of the children and posed health hazards to them. And what do parents care about? Their children of course! So the best toys are undoubtedly the ones that are safe to handle and are made of good material! So rather that having the best toys (defined as the toys which children like a lot) it is the responsibility of the parents to get them toys which are safe for them and also prove to be a good pass time. If the parents can get some educative toys, then that can be the best gift that they can give their children at such an early age! The good news is that parents are realizing this and are looking for more and more toys that play a dual role of both educating as well as entertaining the child! The toy makers, seeing this enormous potential, are bringing more such toys into the market. There are the abacuses, builder toys, scrabble and word related games etc which are gaining prominence and importance over the traditional four wheel mini cars and Barbie dolls. I am sure that if this trend continues, there will be more number of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs than one can ever comprehend. However, it is one thing to buy a toy and a completely different thing to make the child use it! After all, children are children!
