There are a lot of tips that can be given about health. Even the beggar on the road will have a few words of advice for you when it comes to health. But I believe that health is the simplest of stuff and has only one driving force-perseverance. There's no substitute to hard work and it is the only thing that can guarantee you permanent health. Many think that by going to the gym one can develop health but let me tell you this-wherever you go, you need to work hard (isn't that the golden rule for anything and everything that you do?). So if you are looking for good health, work hard!
