There's this craze among the youth of today of going to the gym to gain muscles and lose weight! They want to look good and thus tone their muscles by 'gymming', if I may introduce this new term (You obviously won't find this in the dictionary). The business industry, sensing this enormous potential has given the people a lot of gyms, with a host of luxuries, to choose from. There are chains of gyms now and each one trying to outsmart the other. This just reminded about how hard I had to search for the right kind of gym to join, a couple of years back. In fact I still remember that I had a search a lot to find a gym even! There are a lot of trainers that are available in the costly gyms whereas there is a dearth of trainers in the less fortunate gyms which don't have the capital to raise themselves! Times certainly are changing, and let us all hope that it is for the good!
