Enlighten yourself

Pressure, tension are the most dreaded terms in the world of today. There's so much pressure in everything that you do. Your boss keeps pushing you beyond limits, the financial turmoil at home, last night's fight with you best friend. There's tension in everything and anything that you do and there's nothing that can be done without feeling the slightest tinge of pressure. If you are thinking on the same lines then it's time to re-look at your approach. Tension is just an abstract word and it's just a feeling of the heart and the mind suggesting that there's a slight probability that what you are doing can go horribly wrong! There's a lot of talk going on on the use of yoga and stuff on the health conditions. But what I am trying to profess is that if you are cool and calm, there's no need of anything to make you lead a comfortable life!
