There are about a million recommendations that a gym master might give you to keep yourself fit. But the one exercise that needs no recommendation and can be done easily is-'walking'. Almost everyone on this planet can practice it and there's no need to follow a particular pattern (though patterns do exist) to get the best results. This exercise basically helps one to lose the much dreaded extra calories and thus burn the fat. Just forty minutes of walking every day is more than enough to maintain a fir body. Of course, to get your six-packs you need to visit the gym, but if you are happy with a fit body and don't have time to visit a gym, then this is the right kind of exercise for you.
